Web-Based Technical Support Available via Client Exec
ClientExec is a web-based fully integrated support ticket system. The overview section provides quick access to open tickets at a glance.
Username and password is assigned to all clients.

 

 

 

Maintenance
We operate a 3 Tier Maintenance System. It divides the level of support we provide into 3 major categories. The Service Plans are applicable to clients requiring an effective way of updating their web-site.

Gold Service Maintenance Plan
We will agree to respond to your web update request within 48 hours. Thereafter, once an agreement is reached, we will update your web-site in no longer than 3 days.

Cost: Account balance of £200.00

Silver Service Maintenance Plan
We will agree to respond to your web update request within 48 hours. Thereafter, once an agreement is reached, we will update your web-site in no longer than 7 days.

Cost: Account balance of £150.00

Bronze Service Maintenance Plan
We will agree to respond to your web update request within 48 hours. Thereafter, once an agreement is reached, we will update your web-site in no longer than 14 days.

Cost: Account balance of £75.00

Project2k's Service Plan
The above Service Plans were initially designed for our existing web-clients but we are now able to extend our support to all web owners subject to a discussion on the nature of their web-sites.
